Delivery and Shipping
Our distribution hub is based in the United Kingdom.
We offer complimentary delivery within the United Kingdom.
We’re also happy to ship worldwide and the shipping costs will depend on the location. The delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
If shipped internationally, the clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. International and EU Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.
An email will be sent to you with a tracking number when your order ships.
D’ACCORI shoes are crafted with love but if you change your mind, you have 14 working days from delivery to let us know you wish to return your order to us.
It can take up to 15 working days from the date the return is recieved for the refund to be credited on your original payment method.
To make sure your new shoes are returnable, please only try your shoes on a carpeted surface, as any returns which shows signs of wear will be rejected. Please return all items in unmarked condition and in their original packaging.
If you wish to return your order, please email us at email@example.com detailing your order number and the reason for your return and we will issue a return label with instructions for booking a collection.
For returns coming from outside of the UK, you will be responsible for all postage costs.
If you choose to return your item to us via your own courier or local postal service, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of the items.
